Welcome to Deal City Show

As an A&D Reservoir Engineer for many years, every time anyone asked me how I was doing, I would respond, "It's another great day in Deal City." For anyone who's been in an oil and gas firm

that's in the business of doing transactions and aggregating assets, there's a "hamster wheel" metaphor or continuous churn to the continual filtering, evaluating, and bidding required to try and win deals and add assets to the portfolio. I decided to describe this as a fictional place where the deals and opportunities are limitless.
